North Oaks has very spacious living room

Both units have updated kitchens; South Oaks kitchen is larger, with eating area

Both units have full baths on second floor

South Oaks has second half bath on first floor

Exceptionally large screened porch with a fine view, shared between North and South Oaks

Both sides of Oaks are rented together.
